Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend making an appointment to guarantee your time, especially evenings and weekends. Walk-ins are welcome when we have an opening, but same-day availability is not guaranteed.

Where are you located and is there parking?

Opal Spa & Beauty is located in Woods Cross, Utah, just a few minutes from Bountiful, West Bountiful and North Salt Lake City. We have free parking behind the building for all guests.

What types of massage do you offer?

We offer Swedish, deep tissue, sports, couples and foot massage. Sessions can be customized for relaxation or focused pain relief, depending on your needs and pressure preference.

Are your massage therapists licensed?

Yes. All of our massage therapists are Utah-licensed professionals who have completed state-approved training and follow proper draping and sanitation standards.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Please arrive a few minutes early to complete a short intake form and discuss your goals with your therapist. You’ll be guided to a private treatment room, given time to change, and then comfortably draped for your massage. Your therapist will check pressure and focus areas throughout the session.

Do you offer couples or group massages?

Yes. We offer couples massage as well as small group sessions, which are great for friends, family, birthdays and special occasions. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange rooms and therapists for your group.

Are hot stones, cupping and infrared heat therapy included?

Many of our massages can include complimentary enhancements such as hot stones, cupping or infrared heat therapy, depending on the service and therapist availability. You can ask when booking or talk with your therapist at the beginning of your session.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We suggest arriving 5–10 minutes early to use the restroom, fill out any forms and relax before your massage. If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the scheduled time so we don’t delay the next guest.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee so that we can fairly compensate our therapists.

Do you sell massage gift cards?

Yes. We offer digital massage gift cards that can be purchased online and emailed instantly, as well as in-spa gift options. Gift cards can be used toward any regular massage service at Opal Spa & Beauty.
